White Cliffs (a luxury apartment development in Clifton), The Place on The Bay Hotel and Fairways Boutique Hotel and the Palm Garden luxury retirement Retreat are just some examples of there successful developments .

Incape Properties has now taken its expertise off shore and has developed a 26 apartment block in Bonn ,Germany, which has just been completed successfully. It is currently building another luxury apartment block in the same city.

Gail and Jochen Buechel are planning further luxury retirement developments in the beautiful Western Cape, including an extension to Palm Garden Retreat in Sea Point, a High Care Assisted Living facility which will be built in 2009.
